From when we met Sam Waller the Stepz Gym Group Franchisor our mission was clear, we needed to help Create a Desirable Brand with Market Strength to better support Wellness as a whole.

Stepz Fitness, an Australian owned gym franchise has been in the operating for over 10 year in the fitness industry. The brand has helped over 20,000 people in Australia, with their traditional 24/7 gym offering, and with the team at Ideas Marketing have now unveiled a new concept and interior design for its gyms across the country. The new concept was created to fill a gap in the fitness industry between two primary customer segments – 24/7 gym access and functional group training. This new concept will help set them apart in the increasingly transactional, high-churn fitness category.

Through an intensive, collaborative workshop, research and interview phase, Ideas developed a new look and feel for Stepz, overhauling, Colour Pallet, Logo, Typography, Mission and Core Values. The ideal refreshed look is a brand that is straightforward, innovative, and friendly and will continue to grow its Franchise network with 3 gyms already opened and much more interest in franchising since the brand Transformation.
